Background
Doug completed the Oxford University Mathematics Course (MMath) in 2004. He began a PhD in the Department of Applied Maths and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge in 2006. His research work investigates regression methodology suitable for analysing high dimensional data - data in which the number of predictors far exceeds the number of individuals in the sample. Additionally, he is looking at ways of detecting interactions between predictors which might have an affect on the response value.
